ACU COLLEGE OF BIBLICAL STUDIES

THANK YOU FOR ACCEPTING THE R.U.M.A.D CHALLENGE!

Our goal for the R.U.M.A.D. Challenge in 2019 is to raise $175,000 through a partnership with individuals, schools (like ABILENE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY), and businesses all around the world. This 'global challenge' will allow the students at Heritage Christian College to dream big, reach beyond their limitations, and to fulfill their hopes and dreams for a new Africa, full of hope and excellence.

DON'T FORGET WHAT OUR CHALLENGE IS ACCOMPLISHING!

Our first goal is to raise funds for a special scholarship (FOOD FOR THOUGHT) that will be used to provide ONE MEAL each day, during the two weeks of finals, for ALL the students at Heritage Christian College in Accra, Ghana.

Our second project is to raise funds for the drilling of 5 new water wells on and around the campus of HCC. The addition of these new wells will help increase the availability of a new clean source of drinking water throughout the campus. Filtration systems are a vital part of this water project and are included in the total amount needed to provide a sustainable source of clean drinking water for the students and faculty.

How does the challenge work? We designed the challenge to be easy to explain and quick to accomplish.

Step 1: A team leader commits to complete the challenge and fills out the R.U.M.A.D. Challenge form given to you at school. If you need more forms, contact Dr. Jerry Taylor for additional forms.

Step 2: The team leader names their team and invites 10 friends and associates to be on the team.

Step 3: Each team member is responsible for collecting and donating (at least) $10 and turning in their donation to their team leader. HCCF-USA will accept cash, checks (made out to HCCF-USA) and credit card donations.

Step 4: Return your completed challenge forms to the office of Dr. Tim Sensing, Dr. Houston Heflin, or Dr. Jerry Taylor.

Step 5: Once funds are turned in, Dr. Taylor will contact Doug Fair, Director of Development for HCCF-USA at: doug.fair@hccf-usa.org and we will send details for you and your team to join our CELEBRATION RECEPTION that we will have on campus on May 6th.

Dr. Samuel Twumasi-Ankrah (ACU 2002) and Dr. Williams Atuilik from HCC will be on campus to receive your donation and to talk briefly about the college and its long standing relationship with Abilene Christian University.

SPECIAL NOTE OF THANKS TO DR. JERRY TAYLOR FOR BEING OUR LEAD AMBASSADOR FOR THIS STUDENT BASED PROJECT AT ABILENE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY.
